After about a half hour delay standing out on the sidewalk (after queuing up an hour early), the recently renovated Nuart Theater let in a packed house for their annual Clue floorshow. A costume contest got the night underway with a man dressed as Mrs. White taking the prize. After a few movie previews from the '80s, the movie's credits began to roll. The performance featured some new actors this year and some of the old favorites. Miss Scarlet, Yvette, Mr. Green and Mrs. Peacock stood out best as the dead-on characters! Mrs. White was fairly good as well. Plum was good, but the look was off. The newbie Colonel Mustard was irritating, cluelessly missing many of his cues and the mannerisms that make the real actors so memorable. Wadsworth didn't seem to be as into the roll as in previous years. Overall, however, the show was fun as always. The biggest disappointment was that this was the second year in a row that nobody from the movie's real cast showed up. Oh well, there's always next year...
