Sadly, Anthony Pratt, the inventor of Cluedo, passed away in 1994 and was buried in Bromsgrove Municipal Cemetary near Birmingham, central England. The inscription on his gravestone reads,"In loving memory of a very dear father Anthony E. Pratt BORN 10 August 1903 DIED 9 April 1994 Inventor of 'Cluedo' Sadly Missed"
Despite articles written about Pratt's death which claim the inventor of Cluedo was childless, this gravestone suggests otherwise.
