Clue Computer Game - 1996
The classic detective game comes to life in twelve mysteries on three cd-roms. There are four mysteries in each of three stories:
Blackmail: A new brewery proves to be a deadly investment. But just who is being blackmailed? And by whom? Deadly Patent: A secret formula for synthetic rubies inspires all of Arlington Hall to new depths of intrigue. The Road to Damascus: Mr. Boddy joins a religious brotherhood, never suspecting how quickly martyrdom would follow. In gameplay, players move from room to room searching for clues which can be revealed with live-action movie sequences or audio files. The game is beautifully rendered, but a bit slow playing. Interestingly, the characters are represented in a two-dimensional form (on pedestals no less) in the three-dimensional rooms.
