| “Crack open the game and watch history come to life with the Vintage Collection!” - Sort of. This edition is reminiscent of the 1963 edition with a few updates. The box cover has been changed to feature just the weapons and looks as fabulous as it does intriguing. The Clue typeface has been changed, however, making the logo look more modern instead of retro. Another main change is the artwork on the reverse of the cards. Still featuring the Clue logo inside of a magnifying glass, it is now a deeper shade of green with wisps of smoke similar to that of the cover. Perhaps the neatest change is the box. The contents - including a six-fold board - are kept in a wooden box in the shape of a book so that it can fit on a shelf with other vintage board games. Overall, the updated artwork is a plus to the game. | ||
