ATWI8C- Finished (Thanks to all!)

Post by go_leafs_nation »

I cut short Season 2 in order to start work on Season 3, a little project I like to call:

Image
This will be an 8-episode season (hence the name). In each episode, the Clue suspects are in a different city in the world, when a murder occurs. (The cities may include the ones shown on the globe, but not necessarily so.) The rooms will be replaced by landmarks/tourist attractions/etc. The weapons may or may not stay the same (I haven't decided yet, but probably not). The suspects may change slightly throughout the season (ex. If Plum is the killer in Episode 1, he might not reappear in Episode 2, but will be replaced by someone, say, Monsieur Brunette. But, again, I haven't decided if I'll go with that yet).

What do you think?

EDIT: Due to popular demand and the amount of suggestions I've received, this will total 16 episodes, or 2 seasons of 8 each. Thanks to everyone for the support! :D

Thanks for the encouraging comments! Here is a promotional poster I've come up with for the season premiere:

I decided to create my own suspect cards for this season, and to set it in modern day, rather than the 20s/30s.

Here is a potential victim card:

Should the entire picture be in B&W, or is the half colour/half B&W look O.K.?

first off, i want to appluad you for your choice of jack nicholson as a victim; second, i really like the half and half card - i've tried that, but haven't been able to pull it off well ... would you just do the half and half for the victim cards?

Yes, I reserved it for the victim cards only.
(By the way, the name "Jim Stevens" was one I randomnly made up for the victim card. The actual case won't have "Jim Stevens" as the victim.

another question i had was if your victims will follow the clue-themed last names or not

No, the victims won't have colour-themed names. (I need them to somehow stand out from the suspects.)

Looks good, but the pistol looks really cheep by using the image of a keychain charm.

Plum or White would probably slip and be forced to summon LifeCall.

fendue: Yes, it is indeed!
Poirotfrmda818: Not high at all, actually. If the victim tripped or something, they could've taken a chance in the spur of the moment. Also, Rosa Klebb's shoes (I know I used the Joker's for the picture, but they look better) had poison on the blade, so that all she needed was a scratch anywhere.
CluedoKid: I see what you mean. Thanks for the input! I'll change that card.

Also, I might change Plum to Sean Connery (maybe in his role as Indy's dad)...

Connery as he was when he played Henry Jones Sr. would be great! :D
