me too.

Also, what happened to the weapons from the movie?
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

Whatever happened to the wardobe of the movie?

Did you like your costume? The shoes were very noticeable.
Oh, it's England. Croquet on the lawn, tea in silver teapots, sherry before dinner. One simply has to maintain one's standards!

Questions

Post by Lord Caspen »

How did you prepare for this role? In the novelization, Mr. Boddy is described (not especially well) as someone completely un-observable. He's got nothing but nothing going for him, to look at, and nothing to remember him by. Your own portrayal skips that idea entirely, and I'm curious what informed your choices. Were there any traits observable in the way Boddy is written in the script? Was it solely at the director's whims? Were you reminded of a person or character from your own experience when you were reading the script?

How did your costume affect your character choices?
It's discouraging to think how many people are shocked by honesty and how few by deceit. -- Blithe Spirit, Noel Coward.

I too want to know if he remembers anything from the fourth ending and if he ever seen a cut of the movie that included it. And also what did he keep from the movie.
Seven Suspects, Six Weapons, Five Bodies and Three Endings.

Thanks for all the great questions. I'll be pulling them together into one concise email and sending them to him later today. You still have a few hours left if you still have any questions left - I'll send a message when I stop accepting more.

Okay... we've been watching and waiting for quite a while now...

Did you ever get a response? (I assume that you haven't or else you would - hopefully - mentioned it by now.) Do you think that you will?

I will be very disappointed in Mr. Ving if he doesn't answer. And shame on him for getting our hopes up!

No, I didn't get a response - which was a real shame as both he and the producer of his current flick seemed very eager to answer our questions. I tried resending the email a few weeks ago incase my spam fliter has trashed his response - but nothing has come back (and none of his other emails were trashed, so I don't think it was that).

Hopefully he's just busy with the new film and will get round to it at some point. If I haven't heard anything in a couple of months I'll try a 3rd time.
