Really? The US wants Piers ejected just because he's trying to make the country safer to live in? Are you mad?!?

Now, now, we should be nice and feel sorry for those poor 65,000 Americans. It's probably hard to function without a brian inside your skull. I swear, if politicians told them "ice is fire", they'd believe it without a second thought. That reminds me, hasn't the US always been at war with Eurasia? I'll go double-check the answer in Room 101.

That's true, but let's face it: that was hardly an accomplishment. I lost what the plot on that one was about five minutes in. Seen all Bonds by now, quite a number were shown on TV one summer and I managed to scrounge them all together on VHS.Black wrote:It was a lot better that Quantum of Solace. I would go into detail but I don't want to spoil anything.BBP wrote:Hated Skyfall. I must be getting old.
The Bond series seriously took a quality fall somewhat halfway of Roger Moore's 007 career with Moonraker. Although I'm a huge fan of the Timothy Dalton films. If you'd like to start watching Bond, Michael: best bets are the Connery films, and Live And Let Die, The Man With The Golden Gun and The Spy Who Loved Me. Particularly Goldfinger, which is the only Bond to make my Favourite Film List.

The Pierce Brosnan films are really are up there with the best of bond films.
The films that you mention BBP are fantastic but I would say that Goldeneye, Tommorow Never Dies, The World is Not Enought and Die Another Day are ones that must be watched.
I'd also say the New Casion Royale as well, but then again, I only like that one because I am poker player myself.
I'm not a fan of the Dalton films (The Living Daylights and Licence to Kill) but I would watch the latter more than the former as it has a better plot.

Bond
I love Daniel Craig but this is coming from a girl who thinks he is smokin! My ex is a total Bond girl. My boyfriend loves him some Bond too but he isn't exactly a fan or anything. He thinks Perce Brosnin is the best. I would disagree. I though Sean Connery was absolutely amazing. He was the perfect mix of lady killer, tough and dangerous.
On another note I am personally thinking about stress and pain. I have many chronic conditions and stress increases the pain I am in. A friendship of mine and my boyfriends ended right before new years. This perticular person is older then me, mind you (I am 30) and is acting like a high schooler. It is insulting and embarassing. She is going around to all our mutual friends telling lies. I am worried I will be losing friendships over this. My boyfriend is furious this is even happening. It is causing both of us emotional and physical stress and pain. I honestly wish she did not have such an effect on us. My boyfriend is so worried about me and I am so worried about him. I am used to physical pain. It is a part of my every day life. He is not and I don't want him to become used to it. I am hoping when he gets home from work tonight I can talk to him and make sure he is ok. I feel like he is bottling things up and trying to play hard and tough so he can focus his energy on me. I don't want it to be that way. I love him and I want him to be able to be taken care of too. I want him to be able to talk and be stressed openly and be able to get out what he is feeling. Heres hoping it all works out!

It's... a matter of opinion, but of all the Brosnan films, I only believed The World Is Not Enough to be of decent quality. Particularly Tomorrow Never Dies, which I hate even more than Die Another Day: it has Daphne Deckers, the Sheryl Crow theme, and it has Jonathan Pryce attempting to be a lead villain while he just is way too sweet.
To this day I still don't believe Craig has the class needed to be James Bond. Nah, Sean's the best. Then I'd put Timothy Dalton.

Mrs. Doubtfire is on TV right now and there's something I've been wandering about for a while: If a film student were to take the movie and edit certain parts of it so that the dad being the nanny was a plot twist, what would the result be? At least, there'd be a LOT of splicing done.
