Actually, there is one more. By the way, I'm the guest that posted the question. I thought it would be better just to join.

There is one you did not mention. I actually didn't notice the Samuel Boddy name, so it's really 14 names.

Think. She appears in a current edition.

Okay, this is starting to get petty. The question has been answered. I am going to exert my moderator authority and rule that Clueboy12 answered the question (most) correctly first. Since we have no idea who "guest" is that filled in Jane Meadow-Brook or even if "guest" is still with us, I'm going to ask that Clueboy12 post the next question.
