Yay! Today I finished Chapter Twenty Eight and
Reached My Word Count Goal!
Current word count: 72,867 (78,589 Word / 93,250 Pagecount)
Only six more sections (chapters) to write. About 9,000 more words, I think, should do it.
My new deadline is August 10. 8 days to go...

How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

Another 1300 or so words completes Chapter 29. I think I hurried through this one and streamlined it a bit. That's probably for the best making it less wordy - at this point it's not needed. I want to have this thing done one week from today. There are still five sections (chapters) to go, but perhaps tomorrow I will take a break. Or maybe not....

No, don't take a full day break! I did that once when I had a long paper to write for English class, and when I started back up the next day my flow wasn't flowing. Just don't take thw hole day off. Perhaps set aside an hour or two to work on the book.
BTW: I failed the paper.

Tonight I wrote those two most wonderful words in the English Language: THE END.
...At least until revision time! But for now, I'm finally finished! It ended up being about 85000 words (401 pages).
I can hardly believe it took me a year and a half to get to this point, but I'm glad I did it. I can't wait to start revising this one and actually getting to work on something new. Perhaps I'll create another murder mystery party next. Oh, the possibilities!
