Sadly, Captain Bill Gillian is quite dead. You might have had a chance to consider saving him from Jennifer earlier, but too much time has elapsed since, and now he's expired from his knife injury.

The old man's corpse is resting prone against the open oven door. You wonder if Jennifer tried to put him in oven, or was the good Captain attempting something in his final moments?

Just bits of lint and tobacco. A few rolled of bits of tissue with slime on it, and a half empty packet of Fisherman's Friend. A bit of the Captain's blood has seeped onto some of these items.

The oven's lid is open, but the gas isn't on. The captains hand is resting on the edge inside still clutching the remnants of his lit cigarette.

The fridge is well stocked with food, plus some of Grandpa Willard's medications. There's nothing in the microwave, and little of interest in the trash you'd want to take.

In one of the kitchen drawers, you find car keys.

As well, you consider the potential benefit of taking a knife.

She doesn't know that we've hidden some of the gold away inside. She thinks were off on a run for more medication, for their dear psychotic Gramp. It won't be long before she comes to check on us. We need to get out of here.

Sensing hostality in Diane, you lunge for a knife from the block and prepare to strike at her.

Unfortunately, as your leg is still injured from the gunshot earlier, you move too slow and Diane ducks out of the way and manages to restrain you.

Seeing you as now a threat, Tobias to protect himself and Diane comes forward and snaps your neck 180 degrees.

That was a stupid ... a little less rash next time?

Not sure if multiple options can be done.

Ask Tobias if he knows about what's happening, and then take the keys and knife (but don't stab anyone... yet).

If only one action is allowed, then just do the part where you talk to Tobias.

"Yeah, there is something I do know," Says Tobias, "Kathy informed a while ago that I am in fact born into this family."

"What?" Exclaims both you and Diane.

"Yeah, sorry for not mentioning it," He says shyly, "It's really weird. That old creep is my grandpa apparently, and from what I heard, my grandmother was some old cook who used to work on this island, who grandpa shacked up with once. Remember Debra? She was also born from that side of the family, which means, when I slept with her, I was actually sleeping with my sister! I had no idea."

"How could you not know about this, being born into a murderous family?" Demands Diane.

"I dunno. It was always kept a secret from me. My parents moved back to the old country in Europe, and I just had a natural talent for cooking. That was when I got the invite to work on the boat tonight, but they all kept me in the dark about the truth until recently. I guess that's why I've been lucky enough to not get murdered so far."

"Well that's very well," You say, "And maybe you have nothing to do with murders you've family has done, but we need to protect ourselves!

You head to the drawer to take the keys, taking a knife from the knife block as well.
