Re: My brother's 2nd birthday
Happy Birthday to your baby brother.
(Can you still refer to a two-year-old as a "baby"?)

Re: My borther's 2nd birthday
I was singing Baby Shark to my friend on the train on our way home from the *beep* Fair and she had to restrain herself from murdering me.

Well, at least it isn't Baby Shark and the Teletubbies (I hope).Jonathan Green wrote: ↑Wed Dec 23, 2020 9:21 pm . . . Speaking of Baby Shark, he’s getting a TV show on Nickelodeon
TV sucks
By the way, for the "Dinosaur" theme, is there an outright ban on Barney the Dinosaur and his ilk?

Re: My brother's 3rd birthday
My brother doesn’t like Barney. He’s not scared, just doesn’t like it.
I think next year’s theme will be Hot Wheels, since he’s developing a love for kids, but we’ll see in the future.

Barney isn't "scary" in the same way monsters are.Jonathan Green wrote: ↑Fri Dec 25, 2020 4:19 pm My brother doesn’t like Barney. He’s not scared, just doesn’t like it.
Barney is "scary" from the disgusting, cloying, sappiness standpoint.
One should definitely run screaming from anything Barney-related if one wishes to stay sane.

I can imagine some little kids could find even Barney scary, or at least creepy, in the same way a lot of puppets and costumes can be 'scary' of off-putting.MajorHoy wrote: ↑Fri Dec 25, 2020 9:58 pmBarney isn't "scary" in the same way monsters are.Jonathan Green wrote: ↑Fri Dec 25, 2020 4:19 pm My brother doesn’t like Barney.
