Jamie, Jamie, you have gotten

2 of 3 correct.

As for you, Black...

You have found the solution!

"Oui, oui, détective. You have caught me. See, le thing is, if you have read le journal, you may know that Madame Peacock's manoir has been stolen from by some people. Those thiefs, you ask? Why they were moi, Mademoiselle Glades, and le Dame Lavender. Recently, Marisol had told me and Emilie (Lady Lavender) that she felt guilty and that she was going to report all 3 of us to le police! I couldn't let her do that, so Lavender and I hatched a plan to convince Marisol to come to the manor so we could kill her their. Lavender grabbed a knife, while I grabbed a rope. We scurried across the place, me inside, Lavender outside. I found her in the dining room, dialing Sgt. Grey's number. I crept up on her, slowly coiled the rope around her, then pulled! I dragged the dead body to the Fountain, only to see Lady Lavender. We gently placed the body in the Fountain waters and let it float in the waters..."

Thank you for all the participants, and congratulations to Black for solving the murder of Marisol Glades!

P.S. How was the case? Should the next case maybe have 2 (temporarily) different suspects/weapons or should I keep the current set?

I'd like to know. For the next case, I was thinking of temporarily switching out 2 suspects and 2 weapons to keep things fresh. But, before the next case comes, I'd like to know if you guys would like that, or if I should keep it just the way it is.

The second case is up!

Victim
Lord Daniel Vane

Suspects
Miss Scarlet - Red is the color of danger. Be warned.
Col. Mustard - This man is well-known for his ruthless fighting tactics. And his short temper.
Mrs. White - The maid knows many secrets, but she has more to hide.
Rev. Green - Did he break the sixth commandment?
Mrs. Peacock - Was Vane her bird of prey?
Prof. Plum - Did this professor of archaeology have secrets to bury?
Miss Peach - Is this peach as sweet as she seems?
Rusty - What could have Rusty hidden among the plants?
Mme. Rose - Did she make the prediction of death in her crystal ball come true?
Sgt. Grey - Which side of the law is he really on?
Mrs. Meadow-Brook - This busybody is the gossip and has the gossip.
Prince Azure - Could Azure's royal affairs have been dirtier than planned?

Weapons
Knife - Looks lethal, is lethal.
Candlestick - Perfect to light up the night. Or light up someone annoying.
Revolver - Taking shots in the dark are good. Especially when they pierce through the heart.
Rope - Could this weapon have been used to kill again?
Wrench - Was this used to fix the victim?
Lead Pipe - Solving the murder will be a cinch if the Lead Pipe was used.
Poison - Innocently kept in the kitchen to kill pests. Possibly human pests...
Statuette - This marble beauty was chipped.
Axe - Used to chop firewood. Maybe people too.
Poker - Could tempers have turned red hot when this Fireplace Poker was used?
Rifle - Bang. Bang.
Jellyfish - Could these animals have betrayed their owner?

Rooms
Drawing Room - Could a game of cat and mouse have ended here?
Dining Room - Could Vane have had his last supper here?
Kitchen - Was this where the recipe for murder was orchestrated?
Conservatory - Was this where the victim took their last breath?
Billiards Room - Was the victim's last shot taken here?
Library - Could a good Agatha Christie have inspired some good ol' murder?
Trophy Room - Was Daniel's corpse good enough to be considered a trophy?
Studio - The victim spent a lot of time here. Too much time...
Carriage House - Were the horses unwitting witnesses to a crime?
Boat House - One of the boats is missing. Perhaps the killer knows where it is.
Gazebo - Was this murder held in this private outdoors enclosure?
Courtyard - Whose Rolls Royce purred in at midnight, but was gone by dawn?

Let's see who can solve the crime!

@BBP 0 of 3 correct.

Miss Peach is indeed as sweet as she seems.
The victim's life wasn't axed away.
The courtyard was not the scene of the crime.

@Jamie 0 of 3 correct

The Colonel was not Vane's murderer.
The victim wasn't blasted by a rifle.
And The Boat House's missing boat was later found...

@Black 0 of 3 correct

The fortune teller predicted that another would kill Vane.
The jellyfish weren't the cause of death.
And Vane's corpse was so vain that he couldn't have been a trophy.

It's now 9-9-9. Hopefully it's now easier.

@Black 0 of 3 correct.
The Reverend did not break the sixth commandment.
The candlestick was not used to end the victim's life.
The library held no vicious secrets.

@Jamie
Interesting... 1 of 3 correct.

@BBP 0 of 3 correct.
The Professor is too smart to kill.
The victim's life wasn't poked at by the killer.
And murder wasn't the game played in the Billiards Room.
