I agree, if I didn't know this was for Clue, I'd say it was for a Horror film/game

Isn't one of the members of the Black family, a psychopath?

I read the script.

I recalled from an old post of an older topic that Dr. David Black’s uncle Eduardo was known for kidnapping and killing children. One of the kids he kidnapped was Boddy, but Boddy got the upper hand and killed Eduardo with an animal trophy head. So yeah Black might have issues.

But the kid with Boddy is his nephew Master Navy, modeled after Cluedokid’s boyfriend, whose not a member here.

Yup, that's all correct!

I will share too, I picked my bf for the face for Navy as he does in fact invoke that spooky, black-haired boy look that works. The connection Boddy and Navy have in the game is that Navy sees himself as a vigilant brotherly protector of Boddy in the sense, he feels Dr. Black is a threat.

I will share some character developments, because the game is set in Mexico, I feel there should be more Latinos.

Sir Gold will be become Sr. Dorado. Ms. Mango will be Sra. Mango and Mlle. Carbon will be Srta. Carbon (which makes more sense in latin, as the French translation for carbon is charbone)

Aww... I'm sorry to see Sir Gold go because Clue needs more Sir and Dame suspects
I'd keep Ms. Mango as she was one of the original characters you made in MMM

Mlle Carbon to Srta Carbon works
Clay might be a good one to turn Mexican, similar to Rafale Nadal (though I think in this version, he is more of an athlete as opposed to a Tennis Pro)

I'd have to disagree, both Sr. Barro and Sr. Arcilla aren't really pleasing to the ear or tongue.
Ah, yes. Nothing quite as lovely as death.

Well this all makes Carbon’s GG appearance a bit strange huh :u

Admittedly I was always a bit meh on Sir Gold. Sr. Dorado though, that’s a great color name. Going from some standard status symbol, to invoking a mythical city

I should indicate the name of the game is being called Clue - La Morte. This logo was designed and commissioned by a pal in Mexico.

Yes I know. I chose it because my Mexican ex whom Dr. Black is designed on idolized French culture and even pretended he was from France when I first found him, so a bit of that inspires the game title.

He sounds like baaaad news...

I think the dagger in the logo is gorgeous, but the L in Clue is a bit hard to read.

I do like the design, especially the “C” as the moon. But wouldn’t have made more sense to use “La Muerte” instead of “La Morte”?

“La Muetre” means “The Death” in Spanish, which makes more sense to me given the entire game is set in Mexico.
But hey that’s just me, keep it up!

He was a sweet guy. He had his insecurities and contempt of his Mexican background, but we did last 5 years together.

I did a fun app filter on my completed suspect cards so far to make them look more like old fashioned paintings, for Dr. Black, Mr. Boddy, Colonel Mustard, Master Navy, Rusty, Countess Silver, Miss Scarlet, and Dr. Orchid
