A FIVE part series? Seems with the promo focusing on the weapon cards, they should have made six episodes...
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

Looks like there's a whole page now:

Can't say I'm too impressed. But the trailer kind of looks like a cross between Warehouse 13 and Harry Potter.

Agreed Michael, 5 parts seems odd for any Clue formula.

The first names are terrible. Just looking at the characters brings a tear to my eye. Koo Stark looks alot better then this Liz Scarlet and that's saying alot.

I just stumbled across the website for this show. I don't know how I feel about it yet. I'm willing to accept it as entertainment for young, pre-teen audiences, but the character bios on the website are cringe-worthy (especially in the writers' lame attempts to tie the kids to their classic Clue counterparts). Hopefully it will be available to watch online, since I don't get The Hub at school.

Why didn't they just name the kids after their colours?

Yeah, I would. It would make them more like Clue Jr. kids, than a bunch of generic teens with vague nods to their respective Clue character.

I wouldn't. Hasbro has already soiled the good name of clue/do. We shouldn't let the HUB do that either.

I can't honestly say I hate this concept but I'm not enamoured of it either. I don't particularly care to be honest- I just won't watch. Of course, not having the channel in question and having never heard of it, I wouldn't be able to watch it even if I was desperate to.

The fact it's only a 5 part miniseries (1/2 hour at that!!), suggests Hasbro is not 100% confident about it. It costs a lot to gear up for a series, so instead they've hedged their bets by essentially producing a 2-hour TV movie ... 5 half-hours M-F, approx. :22/ea. allowing for commercials. This allows them to run it as a movie in one go, or sell it as a DVD to help recoup their costs. Then if the response is good, they sink their money into a series order.

Sooo.... anybody on here watching at the same time?

The first scene was pretty good. I'm not sure what's going on with that girl's phone and the signal? thingy, though. It sort of ruins the scene.

Okay... after the first two episodes, I will say that I like it. The show is pretty clever. But I think the Mustard and Green characters should be switched. It's distracting. And I don't care for Scarlet. She should be a bit more seductive.

I agree with Michael. I really like what they did with the candlestick.
