I had to go look up the game Guilty Party to see what the name being censored was

A modification to that dress picture you posted (the inspiration for the hair) would also make for a good Mrs Peacock dress, IMO, with some modifications to make it more Peacock themed than flower themed.

Maybe you could incorporate the tiara into your new hair design as well? I always felt the tiara was a nice nod to the original Mrs Peacock design.
