CluedoAuthor Mini-Mystery Series

Post by CluedoAuthor12 »

I have this idea for a new series (it came to me just a few seconds ago). I will be starting a new mini-mystery series, but this one will be very mini.

My ideas are:
- in each "episode", there will be four featured suspects, four random weapons, and four rooms.
- the mystery to solve will, of course, be murder.
- the mysteries will be very short, and not too strenuous or complicated.

There will be 16 possible suspects to be featured in each mystery, including many new ones, of course, with some new art of my own.
Here is the entire galary of suspects...

And some short bios for the newbies:

Mayor Catniss Evergreen
Mayor Evergreen is the humble mayor of the town of Arlington. She will now tell you where she came from, or how she came to become mayor, but she is willing to stomp over anyone who stands in her way.

Dr. Alejandro Midnight
The quiet, calm, and "in-the-closet" dino doctor at the local museum is not one for words. He usually stays locked up in his office all day, with his prized dinosaur bones.

Dawn Adams
Autumn's best friend. Dawn seems to alwats get herself into trouble. Mrs. Peacock considers her a bad influence, but does Dawn care? Not at all...

Mr. Timothy Cinamon
The great, friendly, president of the great, friendly country. He wishes. This his Mr. Cinamon's fantasy. President of the United States. For now, he's a business man of a slow, dull company. Who are his shady clients? How will he rise to the top?

Mrs. Carmella Blanco
A good friend of Mrs. White's for years and years. Mrs. Blanco comes from the "old country", just outside of Luca, Italy. She is outgoing and a gossiper, but never talks about her past.

Berry Barns
Another one of Autumn's good friends, Berry is the lady's man and all-star football player at Arlington High. But to what end will he go to to get everyone on his side? He's known to be a bit of a bully.

* * * * *

I will try to post the details for my first new mini-case soon...
In the meantime, plase comment on the new suspects... :D

I'm not quite sure, is he the actual president of the USA, or is he just a candidate? I mean, I know that Arlington is full of posh, prestigious people, but the President of the USA just seems a bit too much. :?

Better idea. :) He could be really shady, and have lots of former enemies--I mean, uh, clients. :D

Alrighty, now he's Mr. Cinamon, a broke- run-of-the-mill business man with presidential dreams.

I like it. Much more realistic (if you can really call Clue realistic). He could try and put pressure onto people to nominate him, etc. I hope you don't mind changing him, after all, he is your character, and your series.

Good, but I don't see why two White characters is necessary.

The short mystery will be posted shortly.
I will need two players for this game (they will compete against each other).
After the mystery is posted, the first player will make a deduction, followed by the second player.
After the first round of deductions, the players can either choose to:
- examine a weapon
- ask a suspect a question

or
- search a room
The third round will simply be deductions until the solution is found.
So....

well, I've got two purple characters, three red characters, three blue characters, and three green characters, so I figured that adding a second white character wouldn't hurt.
