There is an interesting show on right now on the HGTV channel called "Games We Grew Up With".
It had a neat little segment on Clue.
One interesting thing the narrator said was:
"Clue has a very nice origin to it. It was developed by a man named Anthony Pratt in England during World War II. He began with the idea of a treasure hunting game. His idea was 'I'm going to create a gameboard that is going to have an ocean with nine islands and somewhere among all of these spaces is going to be one treasure.' As he was coming up with this game, he was finding that the theme itself was not particularly exciting and his wife suggested, 'why not make it into a murder mystery game.'"
A place to discuss all aspects of Clue/Cluedo.
