Well done on all the analyzing, I was wondering about the Star in Scarlett's picture, and now I think that a Hollywood party sounds fitting in today's time and age. I can't wait until you guys get it and post pics, and if it sounds good enough, I might buy one myself.
Oh, it's England. Croquet on the lawn, tea in silver teapots, sherry before dinner. One simply has to maintain one's standards!

Awesome. Maybe I won't have to take them then.

I am soooo curious to see the suspect art. I hope Mrs. White is perfect. They better not have turned her into a glamorous actress too.

I am also very eager to see the playing pieces above everything else. I doubt Hasbro will go back to the silly plastic pawns, but they cant use the old 2002 stand ups either. It shall be interesting...

I checked the Times Squre Toys R Us yesterday and a midtown KB Toys, but no luck. :(
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

I was thinking that I would wait until mine came before reading this thread so that I could be surprised... but that just flew out the window.

What else can you tell us about the game??? What is the premise? What are the new rules??

I'm not thrilled with a baseball bat as a weapon... And I'd much rather have the wrench than a dumbbell

Mine arrived as well, but since I gave them the wrong address, I won't be picking it up for an hour or two.

Can you post some pics, cacums?

How many homes - even nice California mansions - have observatories??

I'm afraid I won't get mine at all, cuz someone has to be home to sign for it and we won't be here until tonight. I am about to go to work.

I think it's funny that they get specific with the mansion rooms - living room, kitchen, et al., but then they have Guest House. Why not the guest house kitchen...

Still my camera won't work, I feel bad :(

But, Upon further investigation Mustard is not longer a Colonel but a football player and Plum is no longer a professor, but a "Self-made video-game design billionaire"

The instructions come in a cool magazine.

Names---

Kasandra Scarlet(sexy)
Jack Mustard(young)
Victor Plum(asian)
Jacob Green(black)
Diane White(young)
Eleanor Peacock(young)

Apparently the pool isn't a location but where you go to make accusations...

Also, there is a time meter and when time runs out (i haven't read the instructions but I asume) you lose.

Clock wise from Hall--

Hall
Guest House (secret passage to Spa)
Dining Room
Kitchen (secret passage to observatory)
Patio
Spa(secret passage to Guest House)
Theater
Living Room
Observatory (secret passage to Kitchen)

The pawns are thin transparent pieces that are on the color of the play, there is a slight tint on the glass(plastic) and it has a question mark.

The are "?"s around the board to draw cards.

There are three types of cards

Murder Cards

Clock Cards

Keeper Cards

I hope this was a good discription, ask if you have questions! :D
