As Exodus 23:1 states, quoted Vicar Stones, "You shall not spread a false report. You shall not join hands with a wicked man to be a malicious witness."

(Jonathan Green can disprove Sir Shamrock's suggestion of Lemon - Rat Poison - Parlor. Cue Black to suggest.)

Miles Meadow-Brook lowered his head to hide his smirk as he listened to the Vicar talk. "What an old fool" he muttered to himself trying to contain his laughter "No man who is that self-righteous is white as snow, he is clearly stained with evil" - There was an old case file on Vicar Stones from 2 decades ago. Petty crimes mostly but he is an avid historian on religious history, he'll know if they are any priest nooks or secret passages of the sort in this old house, it used to be a monastery or some other religious place if memory serves me. I also recall seeing a war record of his, he didn't fight but he was a medic - the perfect person to know about all kinds of poisons and no one suspect, no one except the great Miles Meadow-Brook

(I suggest Vicar Stones in the Priest Nook with Holly Berries)

Sunshine meekly spoke up to the attorney of the Maple clan, "I... I know you are as shocked by all of us by your client's death, but don't you think you're just spreading more hurt by saying something incorrect like this? Perhaps..."

As she trailed off into a series of stutters and solecisms, a voice sounded from the east side of the room.

(Jamie can disprove Black's suggestion of Stones - Holly Berries - Priest Nook. Cue Elrond to suggest.)

The voice on the other side of the room decided to speak up...

The Colonel had just left the Ballroom when he saw Vicar Stones heading downstairs to the Priest Nook. The colonel stopped and wondered, “That priest was in the basement before that Shamrock fellow found Maple. I wonder...”
The colonel then reminded that the Vicar had the Ice Pick before the Marchioness’s corpse was discovered.

(I suggest that Vicar Stones killed the Marchioness with the Ice Pick in the Priest Nook, cue Jamie to disprove/suggest.)

Lady Silver spoke up, "With all due respect Colonel, I doubt accusing a pastor of such a... baseless accusation would be the best idea in terms of your station. You wouldn't want your career to be tarnished, would you?"

(Sir Shamrock can disprove Stones - Ice Pick - Priest Nook. Cue Jamie to suggest.)

Mlle du Lac looked across at the lawyer. "You had a motive. And I saw you creeping around the house. You could have found a quiet room to have a word with the Marchioness, and killed her. Like the Collectibles Room. And I can;t find my Scissors."

Suggestion: Mr Meadow-Brook with the Dressmakers Scissors in the Collectibles Room

Roman de Fauvel, in his oh-so-eccentric manner of pointing things out poured the scraps of a torn paper in Mlle. du Lac's lap. Although the effort took some help from the help (and from duct tape), the outré man's tip was more useful than not. But it appeared that he too had something to point out.

(BBP can disprove Jamie's suggestion of Meadow-Brook - Dressmaker's Scissors - Collectibles Room. Cue BBP to suggest.)

De Fauvel shrugged upon hearing the inth suggestion. Suddenly the idea of a soiree with the overly perfect Marchioness was a lot more appealing. With a sigh of regret of times past he flipped through his notebook. Had any of the juicy gossip he heard from Phil The Hairdresser any leads?

De Fauvel clears his throat. "Well, Colonel, I heard stories about your kin, about your cousin who has been institutionalized... how can you afford to support her as an old veteran? I think I saw you with that heavy duty stapler earlier, what did you do with it?

BBP suggests Colonel Dijon - Stapler - Kitchen. Cue Sir Shamrock to suggest

Sir Shamrock had something more to point out. "We all knew about the whole thing about Miss Dijon. But can you blame her? If generational trauma's legitimate, so must be filial trauma. That's not the best reason to commit crime... but you never know. All I can say is that it couldn't have gone down like that". Sir Shamrock and Lady Silver glanced conspiratorially at each other, and it seemed that the duo had something to tell...

Lady Silver looked into her compact mirror, "I sure do hope I'm not smiling too much. Guess she won't be hosting anymore parties. Now if I were the one who did the deed, it would not have been quick, nonononono. I would have grabbed the Runcible Spoon off the counter and lured the Marchioness into the Butler's Pantry. Then once we were all alone, *SLASH* *STAB* *SLAP*, down goes the Marchioness. The last thing she would ever see would be me, so she'll know that it was I that did this. She might have been the perfect party planner, but it is I who is the perfect murderer. HAHAHAHA".

She closed her mirror and found Sir Shamrock with a horrified expression. "I was just gonna say that it was the maid, but what you said shook me to my very core.".

"Pesky day dreaming." she muttered.

[Sir Shamrock suggests Lady Silver in the Butler's Pantry with the Runcible Spoon]

Hey guys! Considering that this Clue game is 15 by 15 by 15, it's going to take a really long time for everything to be solved. I was wondering if you guys would like a change where I disprove the suggestions similar to Master Detective (where everyone with at least one card will show a card.). Also, if this change were to be implemented, should I give the clues after this turn (so then it would start with Black's third turn) or give the clues from the very beginning? I'm amenable towards either, but I'll let you guys decide.

Dr. Pine decided to throw his hat into the ring. "Lady Silver, might I suggest you take a walk so you can calm down? Or perhaps take some therapy? Either one would be equally effective in proving that what you said has no basis to it; it's neither medically nor realistically sound."

(Jonathan Green can disprove Silver - Runcible Spoon - Butler's Pantry. Cue Black to suggest. Cue everyone to motion whether they would like an alternation to the disproval process.)

If it's too stressful for you to keep up with this I can understand, but the other side is that I believed killing time was the whole point of playing. :D

I'm not too fond of the Master Detective approach since that gives us less puzzle. If it's too much work I'd be happy to take over!

Miles Meadow-Brook pondered and remembered a case from the time he used to be a barrister. The defendant was the parson of St. Nicholas' Chruch and he was guilty of the murder of that terrible crime writer, the victim was killed in the Kitchen with an Ice Pick... I wonder if Vicar Stones is a copy cat killer???

I suggest Vicar Stones in the Kitchen with the Ice Pick

I'm not too fond of the MD method.

Maybe if you want to speed things up a bit, after every round of guessing players could ask "Does Player X have (a card), and you PM them with yes or no. Might speed things up a little.

"Unless you are good at guessing, it is not much use being a detective." All eyes shifted to Felicity Lemon, who yawned at the suggestion. "That doesn't make much sense. It's clear there's a discrepancy somewhere in there."

(Elrond can disprove Black's suggestion of Stones - Ice Pick - Kitchen. Cue Elrond to suggest.)

P.S. We'll continue play as normal. Thanks to the three of you for checking in!
