Could you elaborate a little on the guessing process? Would it be more appropriate for the player to DM me their guess or for them to give the question here?

Re: Let's Play Clue #14!
You could have the questions posted publicly - it would lead to guesswork/deductions about players previous suggestions and disproves. Could also pave the way for a bit of strategy and game playing - maybe some double bluffing?

I think we can try that, as long as nobody has any objections.

Re: Let's Play Clue #14!
The Doctor has being eyeing both Sir Tony Maple and Chrissy Ruby from the Solar.
“Look at them,” he said to himself, “obviously something going on between them.”
He knew that Ruby looked up at her cousin Tony like a brother, so it wouldn’t seem out of the ordinary that she do anything for her.
“Maybe that Maple bloke convinced her to kill her own aunt. Maybe she poisoned her after dinner in the Parlor. Maybe with those berries Gray brought over”
I suggest Chrissy Ruby poisoned her aunt Aunt Maple with some Holly Berries in the Parlor.
(Cue Jamie to disprove/suggest)

"That doesn't seem like the most likely prognosis. I'd expect the physician of all people to be able to figure out what happened. I guess not," shrugged Mlle. du Lac before quickly whispering something in Dr. Pine's ear.
(Jamie can disprove Jonathan Green's suggestion of Ruby - Holly Berries - Parlor. Cue Jamie to suggest.)

"I see you," says Sunshine pointing at Lord Grey.
"Of course you do, I'm sat right in front of you" scoffs the gentleman.
"No. Before. You was in Ballroom and you were holding something shiny."
Suggestion: Lord Grey with the Cake Knife in the Ballroom.

"Yeesh. I know you're the maid, but can you get even more wrong than that?" Rolling his eyes, he yelled something at the maid that seemingly nobody else could understand; it was almost like a code. He was then greeted by odd giggling from the bon vivant and a sneer from his cousin.
(Black can disprove Grey - Cake Knife - Ballroom. Cue BBP to suggest.)

This wasn't Chrissy's idea of being the centre of attention at the party, not with that car and that cleavage. "Well what about you then Dr Pine! I'm pretty sure I saw you take the curtain string to the portrait room! What were you doing there?"
BBP suggests Dr Pine - Curtain String - Portrait Room

Sir Shamrock stated, "That's absolute hogwash. It's clear that this couldn't have happened because...". The other guests (and Sunshine) chose to ignore the statement out of common courtesy between the two nobles who were conferring.

Re: Let's Play Clue #14!
Sir Shamrock continued, "Alright, if you want to hear what a good suggestion sounds like listen up.". He glanced over to Mlle. du Lac. "Here's what happened. du Lac and the Marchioness got in a tense arguement in the Parlor about dresses or something I don't know. In a fit of rage she picked up the Fire Poker and bashed her right on the head. The Marchioness drops dead and du Lac is pleased. And that is what happened." Grabbing one of the bottles of spirits he brought up earlier, he took a big swig in satisfaction and did a little bow.
Lady Silver rolled her eyes.

Lord Gray shook his head, "How are you already this drunk? You just got the bottle! It couldn't possibly make sense." As Sir Shamrock rolled his eyes, Lord Grey opted to clarify: "It's impossible that the Marchioness' final moments were like that, and it's impossible for you to already be acting this stupidly".

Re: Let's Play Clue #14!
Now, within the next 24 hours or so, could all players send a request of whether a player has a certain card? For example, you could ask "Does ClueLover98 have the Professor Plum card?" except with one of the other players and a card that is suspected in the mystery. Note that you must publicly ask the question, but I will privately message you whether or not the player has the card you asked for.
Once the 24 hour period is done, Black can make his next suggestion.

Re: Let's Play Clue #14!
During the last suggestion, some people noticed that Sir Maple whispered something into Mr. Meadow-Brook's ear. The lawyer stands up so everyone can see him. "Ladies and Gentlemen, my client has asked me to read a statement on his behalf"
Sir Maple hands a scrap of paper that looked like it had been through the wars. Meadow-Brook clears his throat and starts reading.
"During the time of the murder, I was completely drunk with no memories of what had happened, however, I am able to recollect seeing my mother in the portrait room before it happened, chances are that I may have been the last to have seen her alive, I was also eyeing up a statuette that was on the hall table... I don't have any memories beyond that so I might have been the one who killed her."
I suggest Sir Maple with the Statuette in the Portrait Room
