LoL... of course not. I actually got the idea from a movie I was watching on A&E last night. This old woman asked for her reading glass, and it was this huge wood and metal magnifying glass that you place on top of what you're reading (I guess it was too heavy to hold). So I just took that idea, but made it solid metal. Surely a heavy thing like that could kill someone.

Was it Miss Scarlet with the Candlestick in the Ballroom? Yes... yes it was.

Back to my bash over the head theoryI love them, though they are all 'bash over the head' weapons

Although I really like your "throw the body off the ship" idea, Cluedokid... it presents two problems.
A. Not all the rooms have windows, and I don't think the killer wanted to risk being seen dragging a dead body through the hallway.
B. The most obvious explanation would have been suicide, especially if the killer wrote a fake letter. This would have stopped everyone from even investigating.

I don't believe so. It would be kind of hard to kill yourself by hitting yourself on the head with something.
I shall start on the room cards tomorrow afternoon, but you guys might see one or two tonight if I am not too tired when I get back from Tony's house.

So I got an almost identical wooden box to the one my museum caper clue is in. This one also has a glass cover, and the wood is stained black. The cover also opens on a hinge and locks with a magnet... but the glass opening is a little smaller. The board will have to be 13x13 inches for this one. But that shouldn't be an issue... its only half an inch difference from my museum caper.
I can't wait to see the black and white board inside... I think it will look quite classy.

Well... the room cards have a purple-ish tint to the back, while the weapon cards are tan. I agree that it makes them look similar, but I think it was pulled off very well in the Franklin Mint Clue... and I took a liking to it.

Here is a very basic prototype for Miss Scarlet. Like I said... the characters will take me the longest... so I will work on them while I work on the board and room cards. This pic will probably look completely different by the time it's done... but I figured I'd keep you up to date on my progress...
