New Clue Find!!

Post by Michael »

I was going for my nearly-usual KFC purchase and what do I see in the window but a poster promoting their Clue themed kid's "laptop" meal!

Of course, I had to buy one right away! Unfortunately... it was some Chester Cheeto themed meal. You can imagine my disappointment. Cheetos and Clue Cards just don't go together... :(

But I'll go back in a week or so to see if they're giving out the Clue themed ones.

If anybody else runs across them, please keep us informed.
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

You've got to love it when they have Miss Scarlet saying "Mmm drumsticks."

Now I have to eat at KFC just to get the box (or is it boxes?)

Haha, I also noticed that Miss Scarlet's dress is not quite as low cut as before. Poor kids, they might get dirty thoughts if they see a woman in a backless dress

I doubt the kids would mind. It's the overly-protective parents of these youngsters who would flip out if Scarlet had a dress that was practically nude down to her butt.

I dunno. Hopefully i can find out sometime this week before I go to Tampa. Does anyone know if they usually have various boxes, or just one? My plan is to buy a meal, and the box(es) so that i can a.) eat; b.) have the box(es) without stains from the food.

Grand suggestion. I work right next to KFC. Should I discuss this with them?

What are you going to do in Tampa? There's like nothing here! Except Busch Gardens.

LOL. My church is sending the high schoolers to Tampa for the weekend. We're staying at our youth leader's mom's house and will go to Busch Gardens, a beach (don't know which one), and might do something with a boat (we're not sure what, yet). It should be a nice weekend away from the parents before we have to go back to school.

I'm taking my travel Clue game! :D

Well, if you go to Muvico Movie Theaters in New Tampa, then go to the Cold Stone next door, I'll probably be there, lol.

Another disappointment. I went to KFC AGAIN last night and got another **** Chester Cheeto laptop box. At least it was closer this time - it was sleuthing theme. Just not Clue! Why are they advertising Clue if they're not giving it out?! UGH!

I've noticed that the websites for these fast-food places will usually start promoting the new kids' meal promo a few weeks to a month before they actually start giving they toys/boxes out in the restaraunt. We might not see the CLUE boxes until it's almost time for school to start again.
