I would go for Miss Scarlet, but seeming that she looks like she is 40 in the 2016 edition, I would prefer Dr. Orchid, because I fell hard for Orchid McKee in the book-franchise, plus she is both shy and intelligent, 2 qualities that I personally have as a person of autism.

I think 2016 Scarlett is around 30, since her bio said both her and Boddy grew up together, and Boddy was celebrating his 30th birthday in that edition.

I agree with the posts above, but I'd be lying if I said that I didn't find some of the younger Professor Plum designs rather attractive. Miss Scarlet is pretty much always gorgeous too.
