Re: Clue Dream Cast

I created a Cluedo cast based on the Super Cluedo Challenge characters in mind, using Game of Thrones actors. James Faulkner (Lord Randyll Tarly) as Dr. Black https://i.postimg.cc/C1tFk8Zh/Screen-Shot-2020-05-13-at-11-23-42-PM.png Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister) as Colonel Mustard https://i....

Re: Master Character Repository

YES I've been meaning to add those. That's such a fun thread. The game that goes with it was never finished, but I still have a sweetspot for all those designs Ronnie "The Flame" Beaumont is one of my personal favorite fan cahracters, he's another interesting way to make a colored name. When I did ...

Re: How did the suspects meet Boddy/Black!

Nor I. They're better than Discover the Secrets, and the House of Clue, but still underwhelming.

The last edition where I liked the suspects as an ensemble was Cluedo 2000.

Re: Master Suspect Repository

Was it necessary to triple post and quote the entire repository thereby giving the moderator more work to delete?

That whole aspect is getting changed. I haven't decided yet how it will be now.

coinilius wrote: Mon May 11, 2020 5:29 am I actually think the bench could work as an outdoor location for a Clue game, a little lovers seat in the garden, though it's more just set dressing for another space like the garden.

I have an Arbour in my version, which technically should include a bench/swing.

Whose the middle one?

Also, yes, the kids in Clue don't seem to last long. ;)

Re: The Rooms of Clue Bingo

Actually, the idea first originated I believe in Clue: Murder at Boddy Mansion, for the 3D Study. In the cabinet displays, you can see butterflies, giant centipedes, giant dragonflies, beetles...

Re: Some Clue Fan-Art

Very good. The candlestick is a bit short, but I could have a sharp tip at the top to hold the candle in place. I seen some that have sharp tips. https://www.dorotheum.com/fileadmin/lot-images/30S161203/normal/ein-paar-barocker-kerzenhalter-1282000.jpg She's not used to Clue....she immediately assu...

My friend updated Miss Scarlet, adjusting whatever was in her hand before to a candle holder.

Re: Some Clue Fan-Art

I am commissioning my friend to recreate the rest of the suspects after she did Scarlet. Here's her Colonel Mustard. I told her he looked like a 90's boy-band singer, with the hair and loose fitting suit. The yellow rubber grip for the spanner was her own touch. https://i.postimg.cc/rmCgNn3T/Colonel...

I think just the lamps need to have the original smoothness restored. I have a pic of the unscaled version somewhere.

Re: Clue: The Murderer

The gate was resized. I had it smaller out of practical consideration, and then wanted it to dwarf the pawns. On the gatework, I like the resizing, it looks like seed pods on vines.

I've started working on the courtyard gate - I'm mostly going to be showcasing developments on Patreon, but I'll show this initial design here, with Lady Oakwood (and the croquet mallet) to scale.

In this digital archaeological dig, also started rereading The Mansion of Dr. Montgomery, remembering finding it around 2011 and being scared sh1tless but still reading it anyways. Can't help being tempted to include any weapons there since it's so emblematic of the forum, but this is a Clue weapon...

Something more appealing: https://www.instagram.com/p/B71Sdb7BUMp/?igshid=kyrgxc9gvn0p Is the maid meant to be Yvette or their version of Mrs Peacock? Mrs Peacock as a maid would be an interesting switch-up... Their Mr Green reminds me of the 2000's Mr Green. Interesting, not too big on the concept...

From DA - Mustard, White and Peacock look like creepy blobs. I'd be surprised Mrs. Peacock could murder if she needs a walker. https://images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca887773594c2.wixmp.com/f/9be339cb-fd80-47fd-8cb8-6052989ee6e4/dc89j2z-44ba7e93-a679-4bff-b17f-b9c28a6984f1.png/v1/fill/w_1024,h_445,q_80,str...
