It feels odd to me to suggest the poisoned donut or the boxing glove in the Kwiq-E-Mart. I like the Simpsons even with it's decline. It's still more original and clever than most of the stuff out there. If I remember the Simpsons decided to dress as the Clue suspects to figure out who killed Mr. Bur...

Thanks, I just wish you could alter them a bit more. That's what I like about the Sims. More flexiblity, more character, more interpretation, and more things to do with them. Of course Miss Scarlet looks like a social butterfly in your formal shot, Professor Plum like the typical white boy who just ...

I definately like that Scarlet better. Dr. Black seems ok to me (but then again I figure he's dying soon so it doesn't matter what he looks like to me). He does seem to fit in with the time. Since he really didn't jump out as out of place is a good thing. To add to the discussion, I made Clue Miis. ...

Why put the gun in the ballroom? No. 1 the revolver tended to be in the ball room in the Genesis verision (just when I played, it was a shock when it wasn't). No. 1a When I usually play, if the murder occured in the ball room, it was usually done by the revolver (even in online verisions). No. 2 I ...

Sadly I've never though about the length. Taking the rope from the stable seems logical, but I never pictured the stable with the original board. And it usually is in noose style. I always imagined it as heavy-duty rope. Maybe one of the guests was a cowboy in their old life. :? Call me crazy, but I...

My mom didn't understand the concept of collecting at the time. Too bad the person doesn't ask us directly, but I guess if your mom is right there are you are not, they speak for you. It's like baseball cards. How many cards were thrown out by mothers that yield thousands of dollars on ebay now. It'...

Not exactly, but I've had something happen which is much worse. The first Clue board I played with was my grandparent's 1956 edition. That edition was in much better shape than my 1986 or 1992. I loved the cards, board, feel and box cover. My mom knew I had an obession with Clue by the mid-1990s but...

Made your own Clue?
I found that TheWhitePawn tried this and I didn't see another topic so I'll ask this. Have you made a clue game based on your life? I'm not asking if you have made adaptions of current characters or added new characters to the ones we love. Several year ago, a few of us played Clue every night. The ...

My guess would be that the blackmailer picked their names based on their personalities, cars, or clothing. The car explaination seems most plausible (along with the objects they likely wear or have). If they were named based on what they normally wear, the idea that all of them would wear the color ...

Even though I may be the only one who feels this way, but Lisa should stay as Scarlet and Marge as Peacock. Saw the box a few days ago and it struck me as strange. Look at the art and then at the pieces. The pawns are from the second verision. http://z.about.com/d/boardgames/1/7/K/i/simpsons_clue.jpg
