Re: Clue Current Thoughts

I know this might be old news but does one of the Clue mysteries have a mistake in the solution? I don't have my copy of the game any more sadly

Re: Non-Clue Board Games

I've found I've picked up chess again - one of the AIVD puzzles required reconstructing a chess game. For it I dug up all my old chess study books again and now I'm back to studying it. Any chess fans out here? I too have started playing chess again, I used to play on Chess.com but it didn't feel t...

Re: Some Clue Fan-Art

I've had a rework of my fan game that I've been doing for a few months now (nearly over a year) but I've finished the new design of the evidence cards, something different What do you guys think - Also, I can't draw to save my life so all the images for the suspects weapons and locations are done b...

Re: Foreign Editions

Hey, checking out those Japanese cards I see they use the English names in Katakana spelling for the weapons in that classic Japanese-style English that's so much fun to decipher - the lead pipe is something no pa i pu, pistol is pi-su-ta-ru, rope is rou-pu, spanner is su-pa-na. Candlestick is what...

Re: Clue: Garden Party Mystery

I just thought, in Cluedo Mysteries, wasn't there a case where someone was stealing roses or flowers from Tudor Mansion?

Re: Some Clue Fan-Art

I like the card design and I love the artwork for the suspect but I think the background is too in your face. Since the top text box is in the color of the suspect and the bottom text box is white - I would suggest a gradient background, the suspect color fading to white (like the gameshow cards)

Re: Betrayal at Tudor Mansion

Exploring the mansion, making my character stronger and more clever, the suspense of not knowing when the haunt will start or who will start it and not knowing what haunt you'll be getting. When I played for the first time, I was the one that triggered the haunt but I wasn't the traitor

Re: Betrayal at Tudor Mansion

I get that, I'm not a lover of horror or anything really horror-themed and I really don't like Co-Op tabletop games - but having played Betrayal at a tabletop club I used to go to, I found it fun

Re: Betrayal at Tudor Mansion

I’m not at all interested in purchasing a copy of Betrayal or playing the original game, but maybe you could work out stand alone rules for playing with one or more of the Clue boards? Or convince me that your Clue version of it is so fabulous that it’s worth investing in a full copy? ;) Funny enou...

Re: When was the last time you were excited about a new Clue/Cluedo?

Gonna be honest, I get more excited about the new games on this forum then I do the official games. I think the last game I saw made here was Zoo's One Long Night https://theartofmurder.com/forums/viewt ... f=1&t=4837

Re: Cluedoronpa (Clue + Danganronpa)

WORD OF ADVICE - If you are going to play Danganronpa 1, 2 and V3 - Go into them as blind as possible, don't look up anything to do with the murders, don't look up characters, don't google search anything to do with it. If you know a certain character is going to die beforehand, it will kill your en...

Re: Cluedoronpa (Clue + Danganronpa)

I love Danganronpa - The basic story is that there are 16 students, all with Ultimate Talents (Ultimate Pop Sensation, Gambler, Swimming Pro, Princess, Detective and many others) and a despair loving teddy bear by the name of Monokuma forces them all to take part in a killing game. It's basically a ...

For the international gameshows Miss Scarlett - Cay Helmich (German) Colonel Mustard - Peder Falk (Sweden) Mrs White - Joy Westmore (Australia) Reverend Green - Filipe Cochofel (Portugual) Mrs. Peacock - Jane Badler (Australia) Professor Plum - David Brécourt (France) I don't think you can count Fi...

Re: Betrayal at Tudor Mansion

SPOILERS BETWEEN * There is actually a CLUE themed haunt in Betrayal - it's in the expansion. * To trigger it, you need the ROPE omen card in one of the Clue locations (Dining Room, Kitchen or Study) * * The Survivors take on the role of Clue characters (or the game's version) and their objective is...
