Post by ProfessorPlum54 » Tue May 02, 2006 10:24 pm

Howdy peeps!

Lookie what I found!! :D

CLUE CONFIDENTIAL HANDHELD GAME (Ages: 8+; Player: 1; Batteries: 3AA, Included; Available: Fall 06; Approximate retail price $19.99) Get into the world of Clue where you solve the engaging mysteries within. Game uses higher resolution graphics (vs. the classic handhelds) to enhance the game experience. Visit different locations, interrogate the witnesses, and collect the clues to solve the mystery.

Wadsworth - "He decided to put his information to good use and make a little money out of it. What can be more American than that?"

If you look closely at this display of the clue dvd game from the 2006 Toy Fair you can see the handheld game on display right above the "Up Words" logo.

At least I think that is it.

I've always wondered why they never came out with one of these. It seems like every other game has a portable electronic version...

Thanks for the awesome heads-up!
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

Sounds much more awesome than the boring old GBA game.
Oh, it's England. Croquet on the lawn, tea in silver teapots, sherry before dinner. One simply has to maintain one's standards!

It seems like the name of Clue is being milked for all it's worth, I'm really bored of this recent style.

I would like it better if it was elegant, classy, and quaint. The recent edition is NOT.

This is awesome! I love all of my handheld games, and the new Clue GBA game is the closest thing I currently have to a handheld version (and it kinda sucks b/c it doesn't always play the game correctly). I can't wait for this to be released. Hope it's worth the $19.99 retail price (of course, I have no qualms with paying any price for a Clue game that will fit in the palm of my hand).
