What is this?!?!

I saw this at my local Home Bargain tonight.

What on earth is it? Could it be that they're actually dropping the 'DO' in the title for the British Isles?! And why a paintball game, exactly?

I think we've got a page about those here somewhere. In fact, I got one for Christmas and should put a page on the site one of these days. It's a foam dart gun game where you "eliminate" your friends. Kinda violent in my opinion. And really stretches the Clue name a bit far.
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

The only complaint is that they don't provide 6 different Nerf weapons ... Not sure how a Nerf rope would work, but I'm sure it could be done ...

Where's the mystery in it? Don't we get to look for clues or anything? But no, all we do is shoot people! And given all the shoot-outs that have cropped up in real life, I'm sure that's REALLY going to go down well!

Even though it's a clue game, you can get it here in England.

Yeah! ...how else did I spot it in my local Home Bargain?

As for "stretching the Clue game a bit far", here's why: a couple years ago, Hasbro decided to consolidate its brands under superbrands. All of their word games got lumped into the Scrabble brand, all of their animal-themed children's games got grouped into "Elefun and Friends", Super Soaker got absorbed into Nerf, and so on.

This is almost certainly why we've gotten things like Clue Elimination and Clue Secrets and Spies lately, but when you think about it that way, Hasbro considers Clue important enough to make it a superbrand, which is a good thing.
