Re: Clue: MATC - Favorite Millennial Suspects

How can you possibly justify a couple of African descent as a successful lawyer and busy-body in a 1920s English village? I'm all for diversity when it's historically accurate. Prince Azure makes sense; even Lady Lavender's story makes sense now we have the Style Guide; making the Meadow-Brooks Bla...

By the way, was "Lady Lavender" suppose to represent the 1970s-80s version of "Miss Scarlet"?

I voted Lavender mostly bcz it’s the only one that really lines up with the 1920s theme, which is where Cluedo lives for me. But they’re all good!
Most of my characters designs are based on the 1920s to 1950s, with a modern twist.

Re: Interview with Dugald Keith (Clue Suspects)

Clue Mystery Match? What’s that?! Lady Lavender was also a suspect in Clue Suspects. While Lavender and Grey are in CluedoParty, the mysteries are predetermined (there are only 2). I’d have to play again to see if their characters are developed or if they’re just included to give the option of 8 pl...

Re: Interview with Dugald Keith (Clue Suspects)

Miss Peach is the only one that hasn’t been a murder suspect. Prince Azure was one in Clue Suspects and Clue Mystery Match Lady Lavender and Lord Gray in Cluedo Party And Mrs. Meadow-Brook and Rusty in FX. Miss Peach is the only truly innocent one (when murder is involved). Come to think of it, why ...

Re: Cluedo Fonts

A long shot! Does anyone know which two fonts are used (or are closest to) the ones on the front of the original Cluedo cards? I’m looking for fonts I can use for custom cards to add to the original game, so need one for the black on white names across the top and bottom of the cards, and one for t...

I guess there must be some new tokens, maybe, to replace the drinks that were used as clues in the original. Unless they are just still used in this one as well

Re: RIP Mrs Ho

She did make good Monkey's Brain...
Seriously though, it's sad to see another cast member of the movie pass away.
I wonder if she be in the Clue movie documentary, or at least honored in the credits.

Wow... I know I'm johnny-come-lately to this thread, but David, these are FANTASTIC! Great work! I love how you've done nearly all characters/locations/weapons in a similar style! Will you be doing updates based on the discovered Clue Style Guide? (Mrs. Meadow-Brook being a Scottish McWhooter befor...

Re: Clue: MATC - Boddy v. Black

In my head I see Dr Black as more hawkish and mean-looking, very overbearing - in your version, he looks like an older, more weary version of Boddy, which is fitting since they are related. But I really like both of them, I'm just giving it to Boddy on this one lol I had originally drew Black somet...

Of those, I'm going to say Boddy, although I do like the drawing for Black - I see Black differently in my head, while the Boddy looks like it captures your take on the character very well :D
How do you see Black then?

Is the Bathroom edition a replacement? I kinda got the impression it was supposed to be but lack of interest turned it into a short-lived one-time thing...
Perhaps it was, but like you said, it would probably be short-lived...
