I agree. Ideally I wouldnt picture Scarlet as older, but if the Scarlet in question is as gorgeous as Goldie Hawn-- I wouldnt mind!

After all, Lesley Ann Warren was not a young Scarlet in the movie-- and she was great!

Very cool! I love the clip arts of the characters. I also really like Clue being in the 1920's. It was such a glamorous time period.

Thanks Munitzer! Im glad you liked the pic. You interpreted our costumes perfectly-- we referred to this costume set as "The Horse Races". Originally I was thinking about having a garden party theme-- and I was going to have Mrs. Black where this exact outfit, but then the seance idea came to me and...

I agree with Dexter Dexter. I think I want to stick with everyone wearing their signature color as much as possible.

I appreciate the input though Kristev!

Fantastic ideas! Here is a pic of me and "Mrs. Black". We took a bunch of pictures in different outfits and backgrounds to put around her house to add to the allusion that we really were this rich couple who owned the house. I guess something like this might work--- minus the hat--- for Mrs. Black? ...

Thank you Munitzer! I like your ideas thus far. The characters are elitist materialistic snobs, as you put it-- so I agree that the look should be casual, yet still oozing with money and elegance.

I look forward to reading more of your ideas!

Costume suggestions

Hello everyone, I'm already planning my next Clue Party. It won't be till this summer or next winter-- I know, I know, thats a long way away-- but just for fun I have been brain storming a bit already. The next party will be a seance/c ocktail party opposed to a formal dinner party like the last one...

Munitzer-- Thank you so much! I actually supplied and arranged everyone's costumes. I wanted to ensure that we all looked good individually as well as together.
