Re: Some Clue Fan-Art

Love this! It's ripe for colorizing.

Yes they could have fleshed this out with the Motorist and the Chief, and still had a balanced image.

. . . Most of the items, excepted the lube, could be actual weapons... https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/screw-sexual-game-done-adult-naughty-1724558103 Well spilled lube could easily cause a deadly slip, especially at the top of the stairs at the bottom of which the victim has traditionally b...

Re: Adult Clue Parody - “S crew”

So I found the game description: GAME DESCRIPTION: There's a new house-guest at Backdor Manor, and everyone wants to show her a good time. Unfortunately, the sultry Miss X has already been "satisfied"! You're the seventh guest to arrive at the party, which leaves six others as her potential S C REW...

I wonder how this work exactly .. Clues mechanics would be impossible if people lied ...

Plum and Rev. Green as gay lovers and killers would be a great murder scenario. A bit like Death Trap — a solution no one sees coming, but all the clues are there ...

Re: Master Character Repository

Just thought of one I can’t believe hasn’t been proposed before —

Truly Gilt — a Golden colored pawn, who can be best described as having a thinly veiled motive, and is usually under suspicion.

Here's my go at a gender-bent cast: This is one of my favorite takes on gender bender casts: http://www.theartofmurder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4204 http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5215/5526953714_6974924b5a_b.jpg They're all women, but I love it! Re: Clue Idea: Tower of Terror (Tokyo DisneySea)

Wow! I've never seen that hotel before!! It's really an amazing looking structure. It just looks like something foreboding out of the Clue-verse. Forget the hotel, I'd like to see this design applied to a mansion ... maybe something built on a mountaintop that hangs over the edges. The Grand Budapes...

Re: Geoffrey Parker/Dunhill Cluedo Game

If they do still sell them individually, they pair perfectly with the 1949 Tin Edition. Do you mean the wooden Nostalgia Edition? I’m not aware of a tin edition of the 1949 Cluedo edition. Although a black tin box 1949 edition would be an amazing addition to my collection! Here's quick down and dir...

New Cluedo Chocolate Tin

This came up before, but I can’t find the thread. But here’s a new update — there is an EU and US version of the tin available, and the company now sells tins online. Sadly only Scrabble and Monopoly. Please let’s everyone write this company and ask them to make Cluedo and/or Clue available online, ...

Another homemade Game. https://www.etsy.com/listing/745897357/custom-built-cluedo-game A general note to all of us here — the concept of a Murder game based on the original a Cluedo patent is in the public domain. However, this Etsy version violates a couple of copyrights — the game board design: th...

Here’s a few other threads to explore related to the 1972 edition: I really love what Poirotfrmda818 did with the minimalist design and the Super Sleuth concept. http://www.theartofmurder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3258 This French edition is fascinating as it uses the 1972 artwork, except for the b...

Re: Geoffrey Parker/Dunhill Cluedo Game

An aspect of the Clue/Cluedo board that I really enjoy is the sense of moving around a physical space on the board, which is why I generally lean more towards boards that have that cutaway/dollhouse effect with the rooms, like you've lifted the roof off the house and are looking down into the rooms...

Re: 1970s Clue with alternate character names

It could be any number of international editions. Parker was actively competing with Waddingtons in their own territories. They couldn’t license Clue, but they could license their game designs to be used with Cluedo, so Parker made money too on every Cluedo license Waddingtons sold. As a result ther...

Re: Marmalade Game Studio's Clue(do)

I didn’t know the steam/switch Version had more detailed and immersive environments, I might have to check that out (I just put a lot of gift card money on my switch account) To be clear, it’s not more immersive in any major way, just a landscape orientation with more artwork. The big draw with the...
