Re: Current Thoughts

I just need to decide whether I want the numbers in the stripe https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0202/8109/8340/products/fast-trackballsinrack_4_80d83632-7402-414f-8e94-13e3b5019763_800x.jpg?v=1564674269 Or the numbers on the white. https://www.billiards.com/img/b3c5/aramith-standard-ball-set_jpg_eg...

I've only ever played 8-ball, 9-ball, and carom. But I'm determined to buy a snooker set and learn ;)

Re: Current Thoughts

My boyfriend is letting me get a pool table this summer! :) I already have 3-4 different styles of balls picked out. I'm excited! I grew up with a table when I was younger.

Re: Toilet Paper

All my stores have been stocked up. They just have an employee and security handing out one package per customer. People still acting like a 12 pack isn't enough for the week. I don't understand how some people waste through so much TP. If it takes more than six wipes... you need to just stop and ta...

Re: Clue(do) Rules: Any "House Rules" or other variations when you play?

I used to play the "Killer & Accomplice" version of Master Detective where you simply put two suspects into the envelope and suggest two people with each suggestion. It made for several quicker games as opposed to one long one.

I feel like it was a forum trend around 2008-2009.

Re: The Ghost of Mrs White

Clue Mysteries had a Lavender and a Blue that was slightly lighter than my Standard Peacock Blue (1986-1996) pawn, leading me to believe it was mean to be Azure. The Lavender and Blue were very close in shade to my color-blind eyes.

Maybe the garage and stables are connected?
Or the "Carriage House" is a hybrid room between the Garage and Stables that connects both.

Re: Master Detective VS Super Cluedo

It would be a tight squeeze past the hedges... but the driveway the edge of the board seems to imply those little sides are how it got up there. https://i.imgur.com/PKH4jFA.jpg That being said, the Master Detective board might be the worst at keeping a consistent scale. Just take that pool table in ...

Re: Clue Current Thoughts

As a room that is meant to be entered and used for game play, maybe replacing the study space with a luxurious bathroom would work better, but rooms would have to be moved around, and a better way of presenting the entrance to the mansion than just shoving it to the side. If I was to chose where a ...

Re: Clue Current Thoughts

I love that board! Definitely getting it. Perhaps alongside with the Ghost of Mrs. White :) Ugh. But it’s a whole new play mechanic. All the rooms connect to each other, so no more rolling dice and just move from room to room? It doesn’t appear one can enter the center area to pass through either, ...

I did pick up a copy of Rustic Risk when I bought Rustic Clue at Target. I highly recommend. The board is a wooden 4 piece puzzle.

I'm actually circling around starting up a Monopoly collection  I'm so mad because I started too accidentally. I found a vintage one in an antique store and bought it because I didn't own a copy of Monopoly (there was an incomplete one abused fro childhood wear). Then my boyfriend's mom bought...

Peach caught my eye first and stuck with me. Reminds me of her appearance on the FX box and pawn. I always wished Hasbro would have used her FX appearance in Mysteries. She was dumpy-looking in Mysteries. :P

At least with Monsieur Brunette, you could make a case that a few of the different Brown characters are his alternate identities - Mr De'ath, Mr Brown, maybe even Captain Brown!
I always liked to think Mr. Urfe was one of the disguises along with Braun, Brown, and De'ath
